Malaysian residents need a valid Malaysian driving licence held in their own name plus MyKad. Visitors need a passport, a valid entry stamp or visa, and their home-country driving licence. An International Driving Permit is recommended for most nationalities and required for some.
Yes. Every VELO rental includes comprehensive insurance. Excess-reduction options are available on request and are worth considering on the Adrenaline and Majestic categories.
Yes. Any vehicle can be booked with a professional chauffeur, and it is the default for our Majestic and Executive categories. Chauffeur hire suits weddings, corporate roadshows, airport transfers and multi-day visits.
Deposits range from RM 1,000 to RM 5,000 depending on the vehicle category. The hold is fully refundable once the car is returned in the condition it left in.
Yes. Visitors from the GCC, the UK, the US, Canada and most of Europe can generally drive on their home-country licence for the duration of a tourist stay. Selected supercars carry a higher minimum age and a minimum licence-held period — tell us the car and we will confirm eligibility before you book.
Drivers must be at least 21 for our Elegance and Executive categories. Adrenaline and Majestic vehicles carry a higher minimum age and require a licence held for a longer period.
Yes. We deliver across Kuala Lumpur and the Klang Valley — your hotel, private residence, office, or KLIA. Tell us the address and time on WhatsApp and the car arrives detailed and fuelled.
Yes — Penang, Johor Bahru, Melaka, Genting and the rest of the peninsula are all permitted. Let us know in advance so it is noted on the rental agreement and your insurance cover applies for the trip.
Each rental includes a daily mileage allowance appropriate to the vehicle category. Additional kilometres are charged at a per-km rate disclosed up front, and unlimited-mileage terms are available on longer hires.
For Rolls-Royce, Bentley and Maybach on a weekend date we recommend four to eight weeks, and longer over peak wedding and Hari Raya periods. Shorter notice is often possible — message the concierge and we will check availability.
Monthly hire carries a materially lower effective daily rate and includes insurance, servicing and road tax. It is the sensible option for expatriates, relocations and extended business stays. Terms are flexible from one month upward.
Cars are delivered fuelled and with a Touch n Go card fitted. Fuel and tolls are reconciled at cost when the car is returned — there is no service mark-up on either.
For the Karak climb we recommend a torque-rich SUV or a luxury MPV — the Range Rover Vogue, Mercedes-AMG G63, or the Toyota Alphard and Vellfire for larger groups. All handle the gradient comfortably and take the luggage a highlands trip attracts.
Yes. We supply exotic and luxury cars for editorial shoots, music videos and film, with an on-set handler included. Static and driving usage are both available — send the shoot brief and we will quote per day or per half-day.
There are no forms. Message the concierge on WhatsApp with the car, your dates and a delivery address. We confirm availability, the deposit and the total in one reply, and the car is delivered to you.
