  • A grand entrance — Rolls-Royce Cullinan 2023: Rolls-Royce presence in a taller SUV, for couples who want their arrival to make a statement.
  • A modern, understated celebration — Mercedes-Maybach S500: contemporary luxury for couples who prefer quiet refinement to traditional ceremony.
  • Parents and guests of honour — Mercedes-Benz S-Class: a chauffeured flagship saloon, so the family arrives in comfort alongside the bridal car.
  • The bridal party and family — Toyota Vellfire 2024: seven seats, so bridesmaids, groomsmen or relatives can travel together.

Planning the wedding day

  • No minimum booking — book only the days your celebration needs — you decide how many.
  • Chauffeur service — a VELO chauffeur drives your wedding car, so no one in the wedding party has to.
  • Pickup and drop-off — arranged to fit your wedding-day schedule.
  • More than one car — rent several vehicles together for the bridal party, parents and family.
  • Wedding decoration — can be arranged if you would like the car decorated.
  • If the day runs longer — extended arrangements depend on the vehicle you choose — ask us about yours.

How to book

  1. Choose your vehicle — pick the car, or cars, for your day.
  2. Share your wedding requirements — the date, the locations, how many cars, and whether you would like decoration.
  3. Confirm the arrangements — we agree the vehicles, chauffeur, pickup, drop-off and any decoration with you.
  4. Secure your booking — a deposit of RM1,500 is required to secure the booking.
  5. Your wedding day — your chauffeur arrives with the car as arranged.

Frequently Asked Questions

For peak wedding months (May–September and December), book at least 3–4 months ahead. For off-peak dates, 4–6 weeks is usually enough to secure a Rolls-Royce Ghost, Bentley Continental, or Mercedes-Maybach. Same-day availability is rare for premium models but we keep a small reserve fleet.
Yes. All wedding rentals include a uniformed, ceremonially trained chauffeur. Our chauffeurs understand wedding-day choreography: photo poses, processional timing, coordination with the videographer, and the small things that make a difference in your wedding album.
Yes. We coordinate directly with your florist so decoration happens at our facility before delivery — no rushed setup at your venue. We use only paint-safe attachments and remove everything immediately after the ceremony to protect the vehicle finish.
There is no minimum booking requirement — you choose how many days you need. Book the wedding day alone, or add days if your celebrations span more than one.
Yes. For bridal entourages we can provide a matched set — for example, a Rolls-Royce Ghost for the couple paired with two Mercedes S-Class for parents and bridesmaids. We deliver and stage all vehicles together so arrivals look choreographed.
Extended arrangements depend on the vehicle you have chosen. If your day runs longer, or you expect it to, tell us and we will confirm the arrangements for that vehicle with you.
