We work from your run of show to stage cars in a timed sequence. Each vehicle is held at a discreet holding point near the venue — commonly Jalan Ampang or KL Convention Centre surrounds — and called forward one at a time by a marshal on the kerb. We account for how long each car can legally hold the drop-off point before traffic management requires it to move on, which is typically two to four minutes in a controlled zone.
Yes. We assign a named coordinator who manages the shuttle loop from the start of guest arrivals through to the last departure. Vehicles — typically a combination of Rolls-Royce Ghost, Mercedes Maybach S500, and Toyota Alphard — are briefed on the route and guest protocol. The coordinator holds a manifest and communicates with your event team throughout the day so no VIP is left waiting.
