  • A long flight behind you — Toyota Alphard Z: a rear cabin built for resting, for travellers who want a quiet hour on the drive into the city.
  • Business travel — Mercedes-Benz S-Class: the executive saloon for one to three passengers travelling light, straight to a meeting or a hotel.
  • A VIP or limousine arrival — Rolls Royce Ghost: for guests, delegations and occasions where the car at the kerb is part of the welcome.

How a KLIA transfer works

  1. Send your flight details — Message us on WhatsApp with your flight number, terminal (KLIA or KLIA2), destination, and how many passengers and suitcases.
  2. Confirm the car and the fare — We recommend a vehicle and confirm a fixed point-to-point quote for it.
  3. Receive your meeting instructions — Exact meeting-point instructions arrive on WhatsApp 12 hours before your flight.
  4. Meet your chauffeur in the arrival hall — We track the flight, and your chauffeur waits inside the hall with a name board, then helps with your luggage to the car.
  5. Book the return the same way — Departure transfers from your hotel or residence to KLIA or KLIA2 are priced the same as arrivals.

Frequently Asked Questions

When you book, share your flight number (e.g. MH5 or EK342). We monitor real-time flight status from departure. If your flight lands early, your chauffeur is already at the meeting point. If it lands late, we wait — no additional charge for delays up to 60 minutes after actual landing time.
After clearing immigration and baggage claim, exit through Door 3 or 4 in the Arrival Hall. Your chauffeur waits inside the hall holding a personalized name board with your name. For KLIA2, the meeting point is at the public arrival concourse (Level 2) near Door A or B. Exact instructions are sent via WhatsApp 12 hours before your flight.
Fixed-rate point-to-point pricing depending on vehicle: Toyota Alphard from RM 350, Mercedes S-Class from RM 550, Toyota Vellfire Executive from RM 450, Rolls-Royce Ghost from RM 1,200. Includes meet & greet, flight tracking, toll fees, and bottled water. Final quote on WhatsApp after we know vehicle preference and pickup time.
Yes. The Toyota Vellfire seats 7 with 5 large suitcases. For groups of 8+, we send multiple vehicles in convoy — for example, an Alphard and a Vellfire, or an Alphard + S-Class combo for executive families. All vehicles arrive together so no one waits.
Yes. Departure transfers are priced identically to arrivals. We pick you up from your hotel or residence and deliver you to KLIA/KLIA2 departures terminal. We monitor flight status — if your flight is delayed and you have not left the hotel yet, we will let you know.
Included on all VELO airport transfers — no extra charge for the personalized name board, in-hall meeting, or porter assistance with luggage to the vehicle. Other operators charge RM 50–100 for this; we treat it as standard service.
