When you book, share your flight number (e.g. MH5 or EK342). We monitor real-time flight status from departure. If your flight lands early, your chauffeur is already at the meeting point. If it lands late, we wait — no additional charge for delays up to 60 minutes after actual landing time.
After clearing immigration and baggage claim, exit through Door 3 or 4 in the Arrival Hall. Your chauffeur waits inside the hall holding a personalized name board with your name. For KLIA2, the meeting point is at the public arrival concourse (Level 2) near Door A or B. Exact instructions are sent via WhatsApp 12 hours before your flight.
Fixed-rate point-to-point pricing depending on vehicle: Toyota Alphard from RM 350, Mercedes S-Class from RM 550, Toyota Vellfire Executive from RM 450, Rolls-Royce Ghost from RM 1,200. Yes. Hyundai Staria seats 7 with 5 large suitcases. For groups of 8+, we send multiple vehicles in convoy — for example, two Toyota Alphards or an Alphard + S-Class combo for executive families. All vehicles arrive together so no one waits.
Yes. Departure transfers are priced identically to arrivals. We pick you up from your hotel or residence and deliver you to KLIA/KLIA2 departures terminal. We monitor flight status — if your flight is delayed and you have not left the hotel yet, we will let you know.
