How the Handover Works

We agree a delivery window — typically an hour-wide slot rather than a single minute — so a delayed meeting or an overrunning check-in does not create a problem. Our driver arrives with the car fuelled and clean. Both parties complete a walkaround together, covering exterior panels, glass, wheels, and the interior. Time-stamped photographs are taken on both sides and shared via WhatsApp before you take the keys. The same process runs in reverse at collection, which can be at a different address from the drop-off if your plans change.

  • City centre and Golden Triangle — KLCC, Bukit Bintang, TRX, Jalan Ampang, and the Golden Triangle hotel belt — same-day delivery available on most models.
  • Expatriate and residential districts — Mont Kiara, Damansara Heights, Bangsar, Desa ParkCity, and Ampang Hilir — including condominium lobbies and gated-community guardhouses where management permits.
  • Business and financial districts — Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya, Putrajaya, Cyberjaya, and KL Sentral — office tower drop-offs coordinated with building security in advance.
  • Airport corridor — KLIA and KLIA2 in Sepang — we monitor your flight and adjust the delivery slot for delays, so the car is waiting when you clear customs, not before.
  • Inter-state on request — Penang, Melaka, and Johor Bahru arranged on request with advance notice, quoted separately. A transport fee applies; the car arrives with a full tank and a fresh pre-delivery inspection at your hotel.

Often yes, but height barriers and management rules differ by building. For taller SUVs — the AMG G63, Bentayga, or Cullinan — basement clearance is sometimes below two metres, which rules out an underground handover. In that case we arrange delivery to the surface visitor bay, the drop-off lane, or the guardhouse, and we ask you to check with building management about a visitor pass before the day. Let us know your building when you book.
We track incoming flights on KLIA and KLIA2 bookings as standard practice, so we adjust the window if there is a departure delay we can see. For in-city deliveries, message the WhatsApp concierge as soon as you know you are running late — we hold the car and reschedule within the same day where possible. There is no penalty for rescheduling due to a genuine delay, though it may affect same-day availability on the busiest models.
Yes. Many clients check out of one hotel and move on directly — checking in at another property in KLCC, catching a flight from KLIA, or ending at a residence in Bangsar rather than where they started. We accommodate different drop-off and collection addresses within the Klang Valley at no extra charge; just confirm the final address when you book or update it via WhatsApp before the collection time.
Inter-state delivery to Penang, Melaka, and Johor Bahru is arranged on request with advance notice and quoted separately. A transport fee applies, and the car arrives with a full fuel tank and a fresh walkaround inspection at your hotel or specified address. Chauffeur service for inter-state journeys can be arranged instead if you prefer a driven option for the long-distance leg.
Before every delivery our driver photographs the exterior panels, wheels, glass, and interior on a device that embeds GPS coordinates and a timestamp. You receive copies via WhatsApp at the point of handover, so both parties have an identical record. The same process happens at collection — any difference between the delivery photos and the collection photos defines the scope of a damage discussion, removing ambiguity on both sides.
